Administrative Coordinator/Materials Procurement Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator/Materials Procurement Specialist to join our team at North American Production Sharing. This dual role will provide administrative support to various departments while managing the procurement process for maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard copy filing systems.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

• Support the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive prices for MRO supplies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors as needed.

• Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders accurately and promptly.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of MRO items.

• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to understand their needs and requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in administrative support roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with procurement processes and MRO supplies is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
