You will also be responsible for skip tracing, loan hardship reviews, and making suitable arrangements with customers who are past due.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to delinquent accounts to collect payments
  • Receive inbound calls from customers to discuss payment arrangements
  • Handle redemptions and repossessed accounts
  • Conduct skip tracing to locate customers who have moved or changed contact information
  • Review loan hardship cases and make suitable arrangements with customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain required standards set by the department
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
