Key Responsibilities
  • Spa Operations Management
    • Assume responsibility for spa operations in the absence of the Spa Director.
    • Ensure all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
    • Manage budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to optimize financial performance.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and related areas.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Set a positive example for guest relations and interactions.
    • Obtain feedback from guests on product quality and service levels.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Empower employees to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Human Resources and Team Management
    • Solicit employee feedback and address concerns through an open-door policy.
    • Ensure employees understand expectations and parameters.
    • Participate in employee progressive discipline procedures and recognition programs.
    • Supervise on-going training initiatives and conduct training sessions as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in the spa, guest services, or a related professional area.
