Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As an HR Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing successful technical enhancements for our Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and data related to technology initiatives.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and recommend new technology systems and tools to support HR operations.
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology systems and tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technology issues and identify solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports related to technology initiatives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to improve the efficiency of technology-related HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology investments are meeting business objectives.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to technology systems and processes.
  • Develop training materials and lead training sessions on HR technology systems and tools.
  • Research and stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Implementation/Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications.
  • Experience in collaborating and being a part of functional team to deliver features.
  • Good understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
  • Functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules to understand business requirements and design & build functional and technical solutions.
  • Decent configuration skills for various HCM objects - LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
  • Experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration (HDL/HSDL).
  • Assisting with technical backlog delivery of Upgrades, Implementations, and Re-implementations of HCM SaaS.
