Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist

At Carrier, we are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in the human resources field.
About the Role:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key role in supporting the search and selection of personnel for administrative and staff positions. This includes collaborating with the recruitment team to post job openings on various employment platforms, coordinating interviews, and managing documentation. Through this experience, the intern will strengthen their skills in the recruitment and selection process while receiving training that will help them understand key processes in the human resources field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process for administrative and staff positions.
- Advertise job openings on various employment platforms.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and analysis related to the selection of personnel.
- Oversee and manage the signing of employment contracts.
Requirements:
- Be a student in the 7th semester or higher of Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English (desirable).
- Availability to travel to Santa Catarina when necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a team and establish effective relationships with others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Interest in the Human Resources field.
- Previous work or internship experience (desirable).
