Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Innovation Specialist to join our Global TA Innovation team. This role will focus on delivering innovative recruitment solutions, driving project management excellence, and leading vendor partnerships.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires extensive experience in talent acquisition or talent management at a global corporation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful projects, managing vendors, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Support the development of strategic plans for Talent Acquisition Innovation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring compliance and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree completed.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources at a large global corporation.
  • Skills: Project management, vendor relationship management, talent acquisition strategy, and data privacy compliance.
