Residential Property Supervisor

The Residential Services Director is tasked with overseeing the seamless management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner satisfaction, property upkeep, and financial viability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the effective management and operation of residential properties, guaranteeing owner satisfaction, property maintenance, and fiscal performance.
• Act as the main liaison for property owners, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism.
• Manage lease agreements, including renewals and terminations.
• Conduct property tours with contractors and suppliers, ensuring proper access registration and accompanying external personnel for security purposes.
• Process charges to owners' accounts for utilities or other requested services.
• Review monthly account statements for owners, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies related to utilities based on visits and consumption.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for the properties under management, including insurance policies, contracts, and other relevant documents.

Qualifications:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Residential or Property Manager within the hospitality sector.
• Strong grasp of property management principles and practices.
• Exceptional financial and accounting skills with a proven record of managing budgets and controlling expenses.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Spanish.
• Certification as a Property Manager (CPM) or similar credential is advantageous.
