Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients on transfer pricing matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare global core documentation and local country documentation reports, ensuring compliance with group transfer pricing policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of global transfer pricing documentation, including Master and Local File reports, and support the development of economic analyses and benchmarking reports.
  • Support the operational transfer pricing function, including ensuring compliance with group transfer pricing policies and creating process documentation as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of transfer pricing compliance processes, and assist in responding to transfer pricing-related audit requests.
  • Liaise with global finance managers and perform research and analysis related to transfer pricing regulatory changes and developments.
  • Assist the Transfer Pricing team in conducting functional analysis interviews to identify and assess intercompany transactions and engage in the preparation of functional analysis write-ups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of transfer pricing experience with a Big Four accounting firm, law firm, or large multinational corporation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required, with Portuguese being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field.
  • Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and research skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in financial statement analysis.
  • Ability to organize files, project plans, data, etc.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work independently as well as collaborate cross-functionally.
