The Role

As an Asset Specialist, you will be part of our America regional operations team, focusing on executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams. Your primary objective will be to drive operational results on availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for executing end-to-end processes related to fleet management, supplier procurement, stock management, and logistics. Your actions will have a direct impact on results, and you will need to coordinate with your team members and local operations to achieve our objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset-management-related procedures to maximize fleet availability and efficiency;
  • Guarantee that local structures are stocked with required inventory to service the fleet, according to established models;
  • Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements;
  • Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
  • Contribute to expansion projects and manage vehicle operating costs in your region;
  • Collaborate with central teams to evolve asset-management-related procedures and ensure their applicability to your region;
  • Maximize fleet availability through good execution of vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting procedures;
  • Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations in required interventions;
Requirements
  • Background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management, or similar education;
  • Prone to action, with experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or a similar field;
  • Organized and analytical, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Team player, with willingness to work closely with team members and local teams to contribute to overall objectives;
  • Adaptable and resilient, with ability to adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result;
  • Good communicator, with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
