About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fintech Treasury Manager to lead our financial operations and drive cashflow efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing our business plans to ensure correct operation, risk control, and regulation compliance.

You will lead interaction with banks, negotiate optimal rates and fees, and collaborate with our Customer Fund team to facilitate funding forecasts. Additionally, you will execute treasury-related regulatory reports, provide guidance on project implementations, and maintain optimal communication with banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee fintech business lines cashflow and fund needs to ensure minimal balances are available according to operation and regulator requirements.
  • Facilitate funding forecasts with the Sr. Treasury Manager and Customer Fund team.
  • Execute treasury-related regulatory reports in a timely manner and apply corrective measures when needed.
  • Provide guidance on project implementations and ensure smooth launching by maintaining track on bank formalities.
  • Negotiate and manage investments and debt portfolio.
  • Collaborate with banks to maintain optimal communication and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as Sr. Analyst or Manager in Treasury, Banking, or Payments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Master's in Finance is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Mexican bank and financial regulation, and expertise in investment management.
  • Proficiency in cashflow forecasting, online banking, treasury systems, payment channels, and Excel.
  • Fluent communication in Spanish and English. Having a third language and multicultural background is highly valued.
  • Team leading experience and advanced communication skills.
