As a Warranty Dealer Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our internal control systems. You will be responsible for planning and performing complex audits, assessing the quality and condition of controls, and reporting findings and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit clients' files in the Dealer Network to identify any noncompliance situations with internal policies.
  • Communicate with the administrative representative at the Dealer Network to clarify preliminary issues.
  • Report preliminary findings to the Supervisor or Junior Manager for feedback.
  • Identify potential risks in the Dealer Network and communicate with the Total Customer Satisfaction Area.
  • Perform TSTs, preliminary issues report, closing reports, and attend Dealers' doubts.
  • Document current activities in internal manuals.
  • Draw logical conclusions based on information gathered during the audit to determine financial impact and share with Junior Manager.
  • Communicate audit results to Dealers and other related groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, industrial engineer, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in internal or external auditing and handling interviews.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • 90% travel required with Nissan dealers in Mexico and LATAM.
