About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Executive to join our team at British American Tobacco. As a key member of our GBS Insights & Foresights Team, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and consolidation of 3rd party data from Retail Scan Database to inform business decisions
  • Develop and execute queries to segment and categorize consumers based on various criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data analysis requirements
  • Extract, clean, and process data from Loyalty Identification Numbers using SQL, data manipulation tools, and scripting languages
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Analytics/Digital with stakeholder management and project management in a large-scale organization
  • Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on consumer behavior analysis, proficient in excel and visualization tools Power BI, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate SQL language proficiency
  • Fluency in English
