Position Overview

In this role as an SAP Security Analyst specializing in Service Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the SAP WRP and S4 service lifecycle management with an emphasis on daily operations and enhancements to ensure optimal reliability and availability.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders and teams to enforce IT standards (operational, compliance, etc.) applicable to SAP systems.
  • Monitoring, supporting, and enhancing services in line with incident, change, and problem management protocols for routine operations adhering to IT TR and SAP standards.
  • Facilitating internal collaboration across functions for SAP transformation initiatives, focusing on continuous process enhancement and offering insights on high-value propositions based on industry best practices.
  • Actively participating in the migration of SAP to S4, considering integration aspects for systems related to architecture for modules and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with application development teams to ensure operational readiness for new applications and features.
  • Working alongside stakeholders such as business teams, product owners, and project management to outline roadmaps for applications and processes.
  • Promoting ongoing service enhancement and innovation in productivity, software quality, and reliability, including achieving or surpassing SLAs.
  • Responsible for tracking and evaluating key operational and technical metrics related to business performance.

Candidate Profile

You are well-suited for this position if you possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration, development, testing, and release processes.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the technologies utilized to develop and manage distributed application systems, including experience with data center systems and infrastructure management.
  • A proven history of success in participating in projects and initiatives, even when faced with ambiguous details.
  • Strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, organization, and conflict resolution.
  • Extensive experience with IT Service Management and adherence to standards.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Practical experience with programming and scripting languages.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and driven by complex technical and business challenges.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
