As an SAP Technology Associate Consultant in our Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
  • Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, working closely with team members to drive results.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while growing and developing referenceable customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and respond to project and customer needs.
  • Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Take initiative, drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuously learn and develop skills in SAP products.
  • Apply knowledge effectively, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to achieve results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.

Requirements

• 1 year of related work experience

• Preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics

• Ability to work as a team player and independently

• Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening

• Experience working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations

• Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills

• Experience handling customers and driving innovation

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux)

• Technical knowledge in SAP HANA

• Knowledge of SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• SAP Certifications

Position based in Mexico City.
