Administrative Hotel Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to provide exceptional support to our hotel functions. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, serving as a point of contact, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process, facilitating coordination and execution.
- Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager in a timely manner.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors, adapting to changing needs and priorities.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
