Multilingual Hotel Concierge Representative

We are seeking a Multilingual Hotel Concierge Representative to join our team at Coco B Isla. This is a full-time, contract position with a competitive salary of $12,000.00 per month.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and managing the front desk operations.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in English (90%). The ideal candidate will also have experience working with OTAs, PMS, and Channel Manager systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Process hotel and villa charges accurately and on time
- Train and direct front desk team members
- Ensure accurate payments and adhere to company credit limit policies
- English spoken and written (90%): ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Excel, Google Drive, and Google Spreadsheets skills: proficient in using these tools to manage front desk operations
- OTA, PMS, and Channel Manager experience: familiar with software used to manage hotel reservations and billing
- WhatsApp communication: able to send and receive messages with on-site teams and guests
- Record-keeping skills: ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Competitive salary: $12,000.00 per month

- Front Desk Concierge experience: minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Driver's License: valid driver's license required for some tasks
- English language proficiency: ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
