\Estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, based on national averages for cybersecurity professionals. The job requires strategic direction and tactical assistance to ensure Country Leads can provide industry-leading Cybersecurity Services that protect the country in scope from the constantly changing cyber threat landscape. The role holder will build and establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while assisting the country-specific initiatives and Regulatory requirements related to Cybersecurity.Main Activities
\Directly oversee Cybersecurity for Mexico, and indirectly oversee – through country-aligned teams – Cybersecurity for Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, and Argentina. Collaborate with global, regional, and country stakeholders including Technology and other functions to implement team goals within entity policy, expense, and regulatory constraints. Lead peers in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity management program. Assist country with overall business technology planning, providing current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems for a secure environment. Contribute to Cybersecurity strategy of Group, Region, and countries in scope to secure bank's technology from threats. Maintain and enhance HSBC values, reputation, and stakeholder expectations.Benefits
\Provide training sessions to improve staff awareness level and set performance targets for direct reports. Contribute to employees' professional development and assist business stakeholders and 2LoD across countries in scope to raise risk management concerns. Educate country management about country Cybersecurity risk level and required actions to mitigate or control existing risks. Support in-country specific initiatives and regulatory requirements related to Cybersecurity via relevant teams when required. Evaluate security requirements of country in scope and their business requirements to address both Cybersecurity risks and satisfy business goals. Keep abreast of developing Cybersecurity threats and help stakeholders understand Bank's Cybersecurity posture and awareness of threat landscape and events impacting the industry. Brief country management about ongoing improvement projects benefits, status, and challenges which require attention and involvement to make it successful.-
