The Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management (IAM) team works as a global engineering and development team, providing IAM technology and solutions for Hsbc. We support and develop many of the Bank's most critical IAM infrastructure services, including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, and Access Governance.

This role will provide support to Engineering IAM solutions to improve the service by:

  • Providing technical guidance and support
  • Solving complex problems and leading resolution efforts
  • Consulting with end-users requesting integration and product enhancements

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and management to understand the business drivers and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sailpoint product in the team.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires expertise in Sailpoint IIQ, JML, Application Onboarding, and other IAM capabilities. If you are self-driven, a good team player, and have effective communication skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
