Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Site Lead for our Global Utility Hub. The successful candidate will act as the local point of contact/interface for the Regional Hub, working closely with the Global Utility Hub Lead and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Utility Hub Lead by acting as the local point of contact/interface for the Regional Hub;
  • Act as the management interface between the Group Finance/Group Business and the Hub;
  • Work with the Hub Demand Manager to ensure Third Party Risk activities are allocated to the right resources and that actions are taken to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs;
  • Liaise frequently with various stakeholders, including Group Operations Executives, Regional Forums, Businesses BRCM, RMM, Procurement stakeholders, TPRO, TPEMs, Risk Domains, Risk Stewards, Internal Audit, External Auditors, and Local regulators;
  • Embed and oversee the TP Risk procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and processes within the Hub team;
  • Engage with Third Party Engagement Managers and Risk Owners to promote consistency and alignment and holistic Third Party risk reporting;
  • Perform periodic process adherence reviews to ensure processes are performed to a satisfactory and consistent quality to agreed timescales.

This role involves frequent liaison with various stakeholders, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and third-party engagement, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
