**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Director to lead our team in Mexico and North America. As a labor law expert, you will develop and direct Employee Relations strategies for Micron Semiconductor Mexico (MSM) while ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and direct Employee Relations strategies for MSM.
- Lead workplace investigations in accordance with global policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee issues, grievances, and disputes.
- Provide ER expertise on labor environment in Mexico and industry best practices.
- Advise business leaders and managers on people management challenges.
- Partner with global teams to resolve team member issues.
**Requirements:**
- 8 years of work experience in Employee Relations or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican and US labor law and practices.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary and Benefits:**
