About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Director of Operational Excellence to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the development and growth of Operation Analysts, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to advance our divisional missions and objectives.
You'll oversee the recommendations of the Operations Analysts team related to operational dashboards, SLAs, operating procedures, governance structures, and metrics for process and cost improvements. Additionally, you'll educate and enhance the capabilities of soft skills, technical skills, and business Domain Knowledge within the team.
Your responsibilities will also include supporting the hiring of personnel and performing performance reviews. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving excellence, we encourage you to apply.
