Responsibilities- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer company efficiencies and achieve long-term goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans for programs and projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring effective program management processes and commitment to customers are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- PMP certification is strongly encouraged.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive program management processes, methodology, and architecture.
