Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales and Program Leader to join our team. This key role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to increase sales portfolio and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track contract updates and renewals
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, new, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the aerospace or chemical industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency in common customer success and customer relationship management software
