Job Responsibilities

As a SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP EWM system. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
  • Communicating effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with the design team to customize SAP EWM to meet our business needs.
  • Providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live support for our OneERP Program.
  • Documenting changes and updates to existing developments, with minimal supervision.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.Background & Skills
