- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, large-scale environment
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of database design metrics, analytics tools, and benchmarking activities
