Your Role
As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing our employer brand image, supporting the recruitment team, and managing all aspects of social media exposure.
You will have the opportunity to establish a compelling and authentic employer brand that attracts top talent and fosters a positive internal culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with organizational goals and recruitment needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement in employer branding efforts.
- Develop innovative and engaging employer branding content across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the recruitment & human resources team and senior leadership, to ensure alignment of employer brand with company values and culture.
