Your Role:

As a Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting customer expectations of on-time delivery. This involves daily acknowledgment of customer orders utilizing available resources and materials management techniques.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships with vendors/suppliers to maintain raw material flow.
  • Interface between production and customer service representatives.
  • Analyze constraints and suggest projects to implement solutions, ensuring department objectives are met.
  • Acknowledge shipping dates for assigned production areas based on customer order requirements and production capacity.
  • Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules as required by area supervisors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimum levels.
  • Ensure finished goods and components are received accurately and forwarded to manufacturing facilities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate lean supply chain efforts to reduce waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the manufacturing department to develop strategies for stocking and/or ramp-up plans to satisfy customer orders.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in planning, procurement, or Supply Chain related roles.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Leverage your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with English conversational level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics, or Supply Chain related field.
  • APICS, Green Belt, or Lean Supply Chain certifications are desired.
