Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technology Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise to support the sale of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide technical expertise to support the sale of our services, including demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technical solutions and a proven track record of success
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English, with intermediate level of proficiency
- Experience in sales leadership or management, with a focus on technical solutions
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and market shifts
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
