We are seeking a Spa Coordinator to support our Spa functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in building an exceptional guest experience.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Support Spa operations, including scheduling reservations and confirming appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about Spa services and processes.
  • Process payments and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Requirements:**



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in reservation software.
