**Role Overview**:

As a Technical Instructor at Td Synnex, you will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions to clients and employees, focusing on cybersecurity technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Cisco.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and deliver training content based on vendor documentation and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, support, and vendor teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest product features.
  • Design and implement laboratory practices for participants and provide follow-up to assess the applicability of the training material.

**Requirements**:

  • 2-4 years of experience in delivering technical training sessions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Communications, Electronics, or related field.
  • Experience in developing training materials and methodologies for technical training (Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Cloud, or similar).
  • Intermediate-advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with e-learning, online training, or learning management systems (preferable).
  • Previous experience in corporate training or consulting (presential or remote).
