About Us:

We run the business operations of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST) in the Americas, operating more than 20 facilities and employing about 4,700 people across the region.

Job Description:

This role will provide administrative support related to various HR functions, including payroll cycles, HR system maintenance, contract preparation, time-tracking, and attendance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate quality monitoring and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and update HR systems to optimize efficiency
  • Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents
  • Monitor time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accuracy
  • Lead training programs and support audits
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for union-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or Communication; advanced degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR, preferably with relevant certifications and system experience
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Innovative thinker with a drive to execute new ideas
