About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns.

The Quest
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and global projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Support the marketing and sales team with corporate marketing activities, leveraging expertise in areas such as optimization, advertising, social media, PR, and content creation.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive player engagement and commercial results.
  • Build hype for game launches to increase user acquisition and drive business growth.
  • Identify and partner with influencers to amplify our marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing activity, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
The Skills
  • At least 3+ years of marketing experience in a gaming, agency, or corporate environment.
  • High level of fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in brand management, product marketing, or marketing operations, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills, with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsive, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in using content management systems.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in interactive entertainment industries.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
