The Senior Auditor Payments role at Citibank is a key position that requires a strong understanding of risk and control environments. As an intermediate-level auditor, you will be responsible for managing a small team in performing moderately complex audits and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of internal audit professionals in conducting audits and assessments of Citibank's risk and control environments
- Develop and implement audit plans to ensure timely completion of audits within budgeted timeframes and costs
- Identify and assess emerging risks, and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks
- Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines to enhance audit testing
- Draft and present audit reports to the business, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Apply in-depth knowledge of internal audit standards, policies, and local regulations to provide timely audit assurance
- Develop and coach internal audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assess risk and provide recommendations to business decisions, ensuring alignment with Citibank's risk management framework
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in internal audit or a related field
- Effective verbal, written, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and influencing skills
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
