We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Continuous Integration Lead - Software Expert. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving our software and applications strategy forward.Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications projects
  • Managing an internal team and partnering with external suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of software and applications
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Ensuring that software and applications are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience working with or implementing SAP project types, including template design, deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and support work
  • Excellent technical thought leadership, hands-on experience, and management skills on SAP for delivery of custom developments using ABAP and S/4HANA programming
  • Hands-on programming experience, including ABAP dictionary, reports, SAP scripts, smart forms, Adobe forms, dialog programming, interface programming, ALE/IDOC's, enhancements, object-oriented ABAP, module pool programming, creating AMDP views, CDS views, table functions, ODATA, and CDS exposure
  • Experience with integration middleware, such as PI/PO, IBM Sterling, Informatica IPaaS, and MuleSoft, while integrating it with SAP core applications
  • Technical and functional exposure to work with SAP ECC, EWM, APO, BW, TMS, MDG, S4T, and PLM
  • Good understanding of functional processes in STP, OTC, MTI, finance, material ledger, COPA, and other related areas
  • Experience with ABAP unit testing, DevOps practices, and tools, such as Git, TDD, and BDD
  • Experience with waterfall, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies and ITIL practices
  • Experience in complex SAP landscapes with SAP bolt-on and integrations with several SaaS applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to communicate with impact
  • Proven team player and team builder with experience managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities on multiple projects and initiatives
  • Passionate about areas of expertise, with a drive to continuously learn and develop
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • SAP ABAP and HANA certification
  • SAP functional certification
  • Experience with cloud development
  • PMP, SAFE, or CSM certification
  • ITIL 4 Foundations certification
