Job Description

The Brokerage Service Center Agent plays a critical role in executing flawless operational performance, productivity, technical expertise, and excellent customer service. This position supports our Vision and Mission Statement by driving efficiency and constantly improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor key metrics to achieve expected results, including Employee Satisfaction, Operational Effectiveness, and Product OPA Audit Result.
  • Exemplify and teach our culture, mission, and goals.
  • Follow the 10 Critical Success Factors.
  • Contribute to building healthy cross-functional relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Comply with company controls, policies, procedures, and processes, including the credit policy.
  • Properly use all Expeditor systems and tools.
  • Participate in meetings as needed.
  • Ensure timely and professional handling of emails and correspondence.
  • Meet KPI Standards in accordance with the Company's processes (OPS).
  • Escalate issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as needed.

Security, Health, and Safety

  • Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Branch's Health and Safety representative.

Requirements

  • 3-12 months of experience in data entry and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, service providers, and employees.
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven personality.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
  • English fluency (60%).
  • Teamwork player.
  • Commitment to exemplifying our culture at all times.
