The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will play a crucial role in the transfer of products and processes from the US to Nuevo Laredo. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide support on shipping and receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare shipping orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Communicate with carriers for pickups and negotiate shipping fees.
Access the system to print pick-lists and coordinate orders for shipment.
Pick orders from shelves, racks, or production lines and box/palletize as needed.
Print labels per order and maintain accurate records of shipment information.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
Communicate with clients and shippers to resolve any complaints or issues.
Requirements:
A degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
English/Spanish proficiency (writing and verbal).
Experience in shipping and logistics.
Fork-lift experience.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Oracle or ERP system experience preferred.
