Role Summary
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate digital transformation, inspiring communication and progress. As a DRAM Engineering Group Layout Designer, you will play a vital role in translating schematics into layout used for fabrication reticules, meeting engineering and process criteria for assigned Dram products.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and verify analog and digital layout using Cadence, Calibre, and other tools
• Work with Design Engineers to floor plan and design layout
• Apply custom and automated layout techniques
• Interface with design engineering to understand layout methodology
• Understand tape out processes and procedures
• Apply fab process knowledge, including DFM and OPC

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Biomedical Engineering
• Some electrical engineering background
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
