At Micron, we are innovating memory and storage solutions to accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. As a Dram Layout Designer, you will be responsible for translating schematics into layout used for the creation of fabrication reticules. This role requires meeting all engineering and process-related criteria needed for an assigned Dram product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate schematics into layout for fabrication reticules
  • Meet all engineering and process-related criteria for assigned Dram products
  • Organize and prioritize logistics and resource allocations to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Develop methodologies for issue resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Experience with CAD software, such as Cadence, Calibre, and Virtuoso
  • Understanding of circuit design protocols, fab processes, mask generation techniques, and tapeout processes and procedures
  • Ability to work with design engineers to floorplan and design layout
