Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Modeler to join our team at Tyson Foods. As a Senior Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable enterprise data models on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data models that meet business requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data modeling and analytics.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools such as Kimball methodology.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graph databases and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
