About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at DNV. As a Project Manager for Renewable Energy Assets, you will be responsible for managing SCADA software projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage SCADA software projects from receipt of purchase order to project completion, ensuring delivery meets customer expectations.
  2. Data Quality and Availability: Improve the performance of data acquisition systems to ensure maximum quality and availability.
  3. R&D and Innovation: Conduct research and development on control and automation processes for wind and solar plants.
  4. Integration and Analysis: Integrate data with utility companies and other third-party systems, and analyze photovoltaic and wind projects to monitor variables and validate data.
  5. Scheduling and Team Management: Manage project schedules and internal teams working on SCADA and control systems.
  6. Configuration and Optimization: Configure software to maximize data value and optimize system performance.
  7. Reporting and Communication: Prepare technical reports, conduct critical reviews, and present to clients.
  8. Resource Management and Cost Control: Manage project resources and control costs and invoicing.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or relevant equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
  3. Skills: Good organizational skills, ability to work in a pressurized project environment, and strong communication skills.
  4. Project Management: Demonstrable ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
  5. Technical Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and experience with automation and programming.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Renewable Energy Experience: Experience within the renewable energy industry or renewable energy taught course modules.
  2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Linux, networking, industrial protocols, and renewable business.
  3. Soft Skills: Proactivity and strong communication skills.
