We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.



About This Role:

• As a Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for assigning and supervising the work of all production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.

• You will confer with line leaders on manufacturing matters, making informed decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

• Your key responsibility will be to estimate needs and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently.

• A key aspect of this role is maintaining effective working relationships and preparing reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

• As a Production Team Lead, you will plan, assign, and review work of staff, ensuring that all employees are working effectively towards common goals.

• You will also ensure respect for Code of Ethics and conduct among staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Additionally, you will perform staff evaluations and implement discipline as needed, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Finally, you will support Assembly Superintendent in ISO certifications, ensuring that our company remains compliant with industry standards.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving efficiency, and driving results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.

• Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
