Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in Mexico and Colombia. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for handling full-cycle recruitment efforts while creating collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the People Px and Ops team to streamline our hiring processes and attract top talent.
  • Welcome new hires with prepared onboarding kits and office tours, introducing them to their team members and providing necessary manuals and guidelines.
  • Detail initial tasks and answer queries for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience working as an in-house recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with TA metrics and delivering results with data.
  • 2+ years of experience working within an ATS.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Willingness to work from our Mexico City office.
  • Soft skills: takes ownership, ability to multitask and prioritize, adaptable, flexible, hands-on, collaborative, and willing to take on new challenges.
