We're seeking experienced consulting professionals who have an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. You'll operate independently to provide quality work products, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment. Your goal will be to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and document customer value for NetSuite.
- Drive high customer satisfaction and reference ability.
- Understand customer business processes.
- Detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems, suggesting operational improvements with strategic thinking.
- Proactively propose solutions to customers based on knowledge of the account and business.
- Collaborate with team members with high functional and technical skills.
- Participate in driving approach to remediate gaps and consensus with the Customer.

**Required Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Passion for driving Customer satisfaction.
- Experience in direct client or customer interaction.
- ERP or CRM knowledge (Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

You'll operate independently to provide quality work products, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment. You'll demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. You may act as team lead on projects, effectively consulting with management of customer organizations. You'll participate in business development activities and develop detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
