Are you enthusiastic about leveraging your technical expertise to enhance our Engineering division by employing industry-leading practices in a premier organization? We are expanding our global Shared Service Centers and are seeking numerous Software Engineers, including Identity & Access Management specialists, with varying levels of experience. This initiative aims to bolster our presence in the Americas, providing diverse roles across product, technology, sales operations, customer service, and finance.

As an Identity & Access Management Engineer at Thomson Reuters, your primary focus will be on optimizing systems and services for security, automation, performance, and availability. You will ensure that solutions are developed in alignment with architectural standards and organizational values. Your innovative contributions will significantly impact our clients' operations daily, and you will collaborate with global teammates to create exceptional solutions for our top-tier products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver: Utilize modern engineering methodologies to engage in the complete lifecycle of development, operational support, monitoring, automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Foster a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge, valuing diverse perspectives, and partnering with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Agile Approach: Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and adaptability to deliver solutions within strict timelines in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of IT or IT Security experience, including expertise in Windows server environments, Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Proficient in managing, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Active Directory and associated services.
  • Experience in configuring Active Directory Domain Services and managing organizational units and group policies.
  • Strong hands-on administration skills in Windows server environments, with a focus on security and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices related to Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
