We are seeking numerous Software Engineers, including Identity & Access Management specialists, across various experience levels for our Shared Service Center. This center is designed to cater to the Americas, encompassing North America and Latin America, and will complement our established centers in Asia and Europe.

As an Identity & Access Management Engineer at Thomson Reuters, your role will involve continuously optimizing systems and services to enhance security, automation, performance, and availability. You will ensure that solutions are developed in alignment with architectural standards and organizational values. Your innovative solutions will have a direct impact on our customers' operations, and you will collaborate with global teammates to create cutting-edge solutions for our market-leading products. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Ideal candidates for our Identity & Access Management Engineer roles will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 4 years of IT or IT Security experience, including expertise in Windows server environments, Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Experience managing, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Active Directory and associated services.
  • Proficiency in configuring Active Directory Domain Services for user and resource management.
  • Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and the ability to create and manage Organizational Units (OUs).
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory LDAP services, shell scripting, and Certificate services (PKI).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment, including event log analysis and performance tuning.
  • Experience in vulnerability mitigation and patch management.
  • Ability to coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Experience in analyzing system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
