Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the program's strategic and technical aspects, including understanding, collaborating, documenting, and communicating end-to-end job feed management systems workflow.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business needs, objectives, and high-level features, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Conduct process mapping and analysis, creating As-Is and To-Be Process Maps to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and observe workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop clear, structured writing of BRDs, including use cases and both functional/non-functional requirements, and maintain version control and documentation management.
- Prioritize requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and effectively present BRDs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio for requirements and process mapping.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis, including Process Flow Diagramming, As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and Value Stream Mapping.
- Knowledge of system architecture, SDLC, cloud platforms, APIs, and data engineering.
- Strategic thinking and innovation, with a long-term vision and roadmap planning.
- Experience in streamlining processes and managing organizational change.
