Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying schedules, including 12-hour days.
  • Initiative to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced use and understanding of voltmeters and clamp meters.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Networking certification.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems and products.
  • Teamwork-oriented and willing to assist peers with questions and follow-ups.
  • Telephone customer service experience.
