Your Role
As a Post Producer, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's visual identity. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teams to understand and conceptualize video needs based on brand briefs.
- Supervising multiple projects at various stages to ensure smooth progress.
- Ensuring the final designs meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Creating visually appealing compositions for videos and graphics.
- Testing graphics across different media platforms.
- Incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Generating fresh, innovative ideas for digital, social, print, POS, OOH, and motion graphics.
- Maintaining brand consistency and adhering closely to brand guidelines.
- Being detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in business and cultural trends.
- Coordinating with Business Management and post-production teams for seamless project delivery.
- Providing progress reports and addressing team needs.
Qualifications
We're looking for a creative powerhouse with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication, advertising, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in creative, art direction, or marketing roles at consumer brands or creative agencies.
- 3+ years of experience leading diverse creative teams through fast-paced projects.
- Fluent in English is a must for this role.
- Availability to attend to the office based in CDMX 2 days per week.
- Proficient in Adobe CC suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Key Visual, Master Graphics, Adaptaciones, Video, Tracking) is a must.
- Familiarity with social media aspect ratios and file types.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, multi-platform work.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence creative decision-making.
- Proficiency in Power-Point, Teams, Share-point, and Project Management Tools.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or Windows platforms and Wacom tablets.
