Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Vacation Rental Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of 5-10 homes, including scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating with local vendors, and submitting insurance claims for any guest damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Solely responsible for the care of 5-10 homes, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance with local vendors to prevent issues and ensure homes are in top condition.
- Submitting insurance claims for any guest damage and working with our insurance team to resolve any issues.
- Contributing to our internal databases with home information, which will be used to answer guest questions about their stay.
- Stepping in for live support in cases where our AI system cannot answer guest questions about their homes.
- Reviewing each clean's photos and inspector reports to ensure homes are cared for to perfection.
- Onboarding new cleaning crews and home inspectors as needed to ensure our high standards are met.
- Maintaining standards of excellence at your homes, ensuring they are always ready for our guests.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in vacation rental management.
- Expert experience in preventative maintenance.
- A positive and uplifting attitude.
- A love of work and ability to get along well with others.
