Mondelez International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our site operations and ensure seamless manufacturing and support activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that drives business growth and competitiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan that aligns with business objectives and ensures compliance with local regulations, quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
- Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans to deliver against best-in-class standards.
- Lead and be accountable for the building maintenance program, facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
- Ensure adherence to the business continuity plan, manufacturing standards, and government regulations are understood by all employees and services providers at the site.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team towards implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams.
- Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and build skills capability across the plant technical/engineering team to engage with the latest modern practices.
- Have a clear people succession and resource plan for the asset and technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
- Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.
**Requirements**
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and competitiveness through strategic facilities management and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
